I Built AXIS Because I Was Tired of Being Invisible

My journey to founding Axis started with a simple, frustrating observation: the loudest voices in search weren't always the most creative or deserving, just the best-funded. I knew there had to be a better way to democratize access and allow passion to outweigh privilege.

The idea first took shape while I was working on my Luméa project, a platform designed to quantify and understand the power of stories. It became crystal clear that a brilliant story is useless if no one ever gets to hear it. That realization sparked my obsession with a new kind of optimization, leading to the AEO strategies we use today.

I've poured my energy into refining this template into something I believe is truly special. My deepest hope is that it helps you share your vision with the world.

Axis for the Commons

Axis is a product of Luméa, and we intentionally dedicate a growing share of our revenue—starting at 2% and increasing as we grow—to seed the Luméa Commons Initiative, a pre-nonprofit program in development. The Commons will eventually amplify under-amplified stories and system-shifting work, making them visible, citable, and protected in the age of AI. It will focus on three groups: emerging-world storytellers, U.S. system shifters, and healing/health initiatives designed to help new systems stick.

While the full vision is still taking shape, including future scholarships, a consent-first Story Packaging Kit (PSO/AEO-ready), and monthly office hours, Axis is already laying the groundwork. This year, we're contributing licenses, tooling, and guidance to support this mission. Every Axis purchase directly fuels this vision of democratizing AI visibility.
